What we keep, and why
This notice covers the Pulse 360 website: the contact form and job applications. It is written in plain language for people who use this site.
Who we are

Contact form
If you send the contact form, we store your name, email, phone, company, the service you chose, a budget range if you gave one, and your message. We use it to reply and to decide whether we can help. The studio dashboard shows the message to our admin. We also try to email a notice to the studio inbox.
Job applications
If you apply, we store your name, email, phone, city, any note you write, and your resume. We use it only to consider you for the role you applied for, or for a similar open role if we ask you first. Resumes are kept on the studio server and are opened from the admin dashboard. They are not published and not sold.
Consent and retention
The forms ask you to agree before we store the details. Enquiries and applications stay while we are in conversation and for a limited time afterwards so we can answer a follow-up. You can ask us to delete your enquiry or resume by calling +91 9211682404 or emailing hello@pulse360communications.com.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. A message or resume is visible to the people who run this studio and its admin login. If the law requires us to disclose something, we will.
This website
The site uses a necessary session cookie so forms can be protected and so the admin can stay signed in. Google Analytics measures visits with the tag G-HQTNV2XJHB and may store a measurement cookie. We do not run advertising cookies on this site.
